We thought it would be best to let one of our latest customers tell you first hand about The Ambiance at night. Here is a re-print of a letter received in the summer of 2006 by one of the United Kingdom's Leading Hairdressers known as The Pioneer of Natural Hairdressing, Daniel Field. He and his family spent the month of August staying in a villa nearby and he came just one night to The Ambiance to celebrate his 48th birthday.

Dear Metin and Tracy,

I had to write to you about the wonderful evening we all had at The Ambiance on my recent birthday. In my work as an ambassador for natural hairdressing my wife and I are invited out for dinner most nights. We have been to the very best, not just in the UK but al over the world. We have been in New York and eaten on top of skyscrappers with views across Manhatten. We have been to country estates and eaten overlooking hundreds of acres such as at Paul McCartney's country home. We have eaten on luxury boats out at sea and in the famous ports like St Tropez but never have we experienced the totally unique experience of a night at The Ambiance. I know you hear it all the time, as so many other guests were complementing you as you greeted each table but all I want to say is a big THANK YOU for letting us share your dream restaurant, It was a most memorable experience and one we will never ever forget.

Dear Tracy and all at The Ambiance

This year I returned yes again to North Cyprus for our hols but this time for the whole of the summer from July th until August th. My young son and I stayed in a fab villa near The Hideaway. We had our own pool and every luxury and my husband came with me for the first two weeks. After a day or so my son wanted to visit the sea so we drove down from our villa. We looked for a spot to lay down on the beach but to be honest it was all a bit scruffy at the beach restaurant we had found and so we left and drove on, winding left, though little roads. We got to The Ambiance and saw it was a Beach Club as well as a restaurant.

From the moment we entered it was like you were all just waiting for us. You know who I am, it's Julie and Zack, because we spent every day with you from lunchtime till pm for six weeks.

My husband left, as you know to return back to his work in England after two weeks but you all looked after us as well from the first day until the very last. The Ambiance by day is the perfect venue for the perfect day by the sea.

Every day we enjoyed the excellent light lunch followed by the requisite ice creams and drinks. After the wine at lunch I slept in peace on your enormous beds in the quiet and pretty surroundings whilst Zack played up by the pool area.. The waiters were unobtrusive but always there when you needed anything and the lack of sand was also such a pleasure as we could use the same towels for a few days without needing to wash everything, each day. The whole experience was clean, efficient, relaxing, even luxurious and very safe. The cost of my holiday was half what I expected because as you know you are very reasonable. Each day my whole bill came to no more than 18 to twenty pounds for the two of us and that was with Zack scoffing ice cream and milkshakes, one after the other!.

It was the ultimate beach club experience without the muckyness of a sandy beach and with the service of any international 5 star beach resort.

Thank you for making us so welcome and looking after us both so well. Even my husband cannot believe how little it cost to stay 6 weeks in your paradise beach club!
